LKG Admissions - 2023-2024

ADMISSIONS

The school is opened to pupils of all Communities and Religions.

On all working days and for all school functions students should wear uniform.

At the first bell in the morning all the pupils should be present for the assembly.

Late comers will be marked absent.

Absentees will not be allowed to attend class without producing valid reasons in the ‘Leave Record.’

All the students are expected to be present on the re-opening days of Dussehra, Christmas and Summer vacations. Leave will not be sanctioned on the re-opening days. After 10 days of continuous absence without intimation, the absentee’s name will be struck off in the register. If readmitted they should pay admission fee.

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the Staff or bad moral influence justify dismissal.

Any damage done to the school property will be made good by the one who has done it.

Students must be up to date in their work for example completion of home work, studying for the slip tests, etc.

Pupils must supply themselves with all the necessary books and stationery before the re-opening of the school.

Pupils themselves are responsible for their books, pen, tiffin carriers or any other articles they may bring to school. They are not allowed to wear jewellery.

Pupils absent from examination without genuine reasons and prior permission will be considered as having failed. Pupils absent from any examination will not be re-examined.

No text books, note books or other papers are to be brought into the examination hall. Students found copying or using means during the examination will be dealt seriously.

The progress of pupil is tested by means of tests and terminal examinations. The results of these are communicated to the parents by progress cards.

Parents are encouraged to visit the school on Parent-Teacher meeting day, to discuss the progress of their children with the teachers and not on any other days.

Parents / Guardians and others may not see the students or interview the teachers during school hours without the permission of Principal.

Parents or guardians are expected to bring the complaints if any, to the Principal and not to teachers.

The calendar and home work dairy should be brought to school every day. If a pupil loses his/her copy, he/she should buy a new one.

The Principal will be available for interviews with parents from Monday to Friday. Timings: 9.30 a.m to 11a.m. Interviews at any other time may be taken by appointment.

Fees once paid will not be refunded.

The students and parents are strictly requested to abide by the rules of the institution.

The School will appreciate the co-operation of the parents for the day-to-day progress of their children.

Parents are the teachers of the students at home. They should take their responsibility very seriously.

New Admission

Admission is open to pupils of all communities and religions.

Admission is left entirely to the discretion of the Principal.

Pupils seeking admission shall be tested and admitted into the class for which they are found fit.

Selected candidates shall pay the prescribed fee.Cheques & drafts will not be accepted. Fees once paid cannot be refunded.

L.K.G

The School Management reserves itself the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school without furnishing any reasons whatsoever.

A parent or a guardian of a new student seeking admission to L.K.G must note that the following documents are necessary at the time of registration of forms.

A photocopy of the original Municipal / Gram Panchayat Birth Certificate

Aadhar card and Caste Certificate of those belonging to SC/ST/OBC etc.

Copy of the Baptismal Certificate also to be attached.(For Christians)

Two recent passport size photographs of the child.

U.K.G to VIII

Admissions to classes U.K.G to VIII are allowed only if there are vacancies. Admission is granted through a written entrance examination and interview/counseling.

Students joining Class II or above cannot be admitted unless his previous recognized school’s Transfer Certificate is produced.

The T.C. should be countersigned by the Concerned Authorities if the state is other than Telangana.

All admissions will be based strictly on the merit of the candidate.

Any effort to seek admission by offering a donation to the school will debar a student from getting admission.

Withdrawal

Before the withdrawal of the pupil a month’s notice in writing must be given to the Principal.

A written application for the Transfer Certificate must be forwarded to the Principal. The new destination and the reason for the making of the application must be mentioned in the application.

No Transfer Certificate shall be issued till all the school dues are paid. A duplicate copy of the transfer certificate shall be granted only for adequate reasons in which case, a fee of Rs. 100/-. is to be paid.

Application for Transfer Certificate at the end of the Scholastic Year should reach the office before the re-opening of the school or else the year’s fee will be charged.
